Are MacOS(XCode) programs NUMA aware? | Will I be better off getting a single more powerful CPU instead?

Will I gain any noticeable improvements in performance by using two 16 core v4 Xeons versus a single 22 core v4 Xeon? The main goal would be to speed up XCode build times. Also If I were to use two 18 core v4 Xeons in a Hackintosh, would it boot, but only recognize 64 threads, or not boot at all.
