Updating from Mojave

Hi all. I’m currently wanting to update from my Mojave hackintosh to Big Sur. It is a vanilla install with clover. I haven’t really followed the scene as closely as I used to, so I was hoping somebody somebody could walk me through the steps I need to follow in order to update? My basic system specs are as follows: Intel i7 7700k And Radeon VII Asus ROG Z720i mobo 16 gb crucial ballistics 2133 MHz
