OpenCore installation kernel panic on Intel NUC 7I5BNK

I want to install Catalina 10.15.7 with OpenCore 0.6.5 on NUC 7I5BNK (i5, Kaby Lake, HD640).

I followed the OpenCore guide, carefully read all the documentation required for installation, and followed all the steps.

After selecting the installation option in the OpenCore boot picker, the process stuck with a popular problem [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START], described in the OpenCore guide as well.

I tried all options from the troubleshooting guide, quick hacks from the installation guide, various tips from the Internet about SetupVirtualMap/ShrinkMemoryMap/RebuildAppleMemoryMap/ReleaseUsbOwnership/AppleXcpmCfgLock, also I have tried different flash drives and offline/online installation modes.

My .plist file is being checked for validity in Sanity Checker, now I have brought almost all the options in accordance with it, although the OpenCore guide claims they do not guarantee anything, the only non-standard option in my .plist is DevirtualiseMmio because I keep it according to the Using DevirtualiseMmio guide.

I hope somebody will give me a hand. Thanks.

Project on GitHub with EFI directory I prepared.
