oc: failed to load configuration!

it gives me this error.. even if i should have a well-configurated Config.plist.. could anybody check what i did wrong please? my EFI folder is here https://download1651.mediafire.com/wk8dg9trgeeg/zu98tr1lctjdgs1/EFI.rar

MOBO: MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus

Ram: 16GB
