No video output after wake

When I press sleep, the system goes to sleep, and the PC's light and fans turned off after a few seconds.

However whenever I try to wake, the PC's light and fans turned back on but there's no video output shows up.

Can anyone guide me to solve this issue?

Things I tried:

USB mapped using hackintool

Changed hibernatemode from 3 to 0

Specs:

10100 with iGPU (onboard HDMI)

Z490 Vision G

16 Gb RAM
