I just came into a computer with the following specs, can i hackintosh it?

Msi ms-7522 3.1 mobo, nvidia geforce 470, i7 950.

A quick preliminary google search says yes, but i was only introduced to the concept of hackintoshing last year when my macbook fuse broke, ive since regained the ability to use my macbook but over the weekend i came into this computer and for some reason i got curious, so can it be done? I know pretty much nothing about how to go about it yet, but I'll figure it out if you all say it can be done.
