I don't need MacOS any longer and would like to uninstall it and remove the Clover screen

I installed Niresh MacOS Mojave on my PC a while back on a separate SSD. I don't need it anymore.

I've wiped the SSD on which MacOS was installed. The PC still boots into the Clover screen, but now there are only options to boot into Windows. I would like to get back my PC's original behavior and remove this screen entirely.

Any help/tips on how that can be achieved?
