What OS should I choose and why? Is Catalina best option or should I get older version eg Mojave or El Capitan? No need some crazy features but concerned about security updates and etc. Gonna use Hackintosh for Logic Pro X and music production only. Maybe a little bit of internet browsing and MS Office, thats it, nothing else.
Also, any advice how to get OS without VMware or Virtual Box and no Mac computer?
