How do I know if I have 4g decoding on??

I am going through the open core install guide and im at the step in https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/AMD/fx.html#amd-bios-settings

where it wants me to turn 4g decoding on in the bios. I cannot find it in the bios. Should I just assume it is off and change the boot argument? gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 that is my motherboard if it helps
