Error after stalling at 2 minutes left

Hello,

I am using a Dell Latitude 5490 and installing Catalina using OpenCore.

The SATA SSD has been formatted as APFS and the installer hangs at 2 minutes left for about 30 minutes, then an error shows up saying "The operation couldn't be completed (PKDownloadError error 8)"

This is my second time trying (the first time it hung at about 4 hours), please help

EDIT: the latest error in the log is "The SidecarUI framework's library couldn't be loaded from (null)."
