Will this work in big sur? (Gaming/Video/Music PC/Hackintosh Set-Up

Hi peeps, trying to build a gaming / music/ video editing system.

I wanna use MacOS (which I already do on my old macbook air) for music and video creation.

If anyone could please let me know if these components would work together in big sur?

It's a plus if you know whether this will be a next gen console worthy gaming setup. I want to run games like Cyberpunk and No Mans Sky at 1440p 120fps.
