Screen going yellow after sleep (?)

So, sometimes if I turn off my screen I'll come back, turn the screen on and the machine won't come back out of sleep, rather it shows a yellow screen. Everything must be working still since if I put on a DVD it will autoplay and I can hear the audio.

I think this happens sometimes even if I don't turn off my screen and the computer goes to sleep on his own.

It is fairly rare, but annoying, any idea?
