It has been a week now since I've started a new build for my hackintosh, and with that a huge headache (sometimes physical as looking for a flickering screen for too long is not healthy).

Hardware:
- Motherboard: Aorus Z390 i Pro Wi-fi
- CPU: Core i7 8700k
- RAM: 16GB (2x8gb)
- GPU: MSI 1080ti (removed from the system for tests)
- Storage: 2x NVMe Samsung 970
I have a separate SSD with a HighSierra build fully working, but on that, I'm using my 1080ti with the Nvidia Web Drivers (RIP :'( ). But then I've felt quite stuck with HighSierra as few software developers are not releasing updates and Big Sur is out there, and this 1080ti will need to be replaced with a 30xx some point next year. So moving to a build where iGPU is the graphic card is a no brainer.
I've tried multiple things since last week:
- simply using my old EFI with OC 0.5.7, and removing the web drivers;
- copied few EFI from GitHub from people with same hardware;
- Created my own EFI from scratch with OC 0.5.7, 0.6.3 and 0.6.4
And all of these got the same problem: this flickering screen.
So with this EFI, everything seems to be working fine apart from the graphics. I've tried different values for AAPL,ig-platform-id, tried multiple flags from Whatevergreen docs, etc, etc. I even followed some dodgy youtube "tutorials" on how to fix iGPU problems, and guess what? it didn't work.
I'm literally out of ideas on what to try or what to do. Any help will be highly appreciated.
