Reinstalled Windows 10 and now it doesn't show in OC menu

I needed to reinstall Windows 10, which is on a separate NVME. I did the following:

  1. Removed macOS NVME
  2. Booted from Windows 10 installer
  3. Deleted all partitions from Windows 10 NVME and reinstalled
  4. Booted Windows and then shut down
  5. Replaced macOS NVME

MacOS and Windows 10 both boot fine in that I can select the BIOS boot device and it will boot either macOS or Windows 10 as appropriate. But Windows no longer shows in my OpenCore boot menu. I didn't add it previously, it just showed up there automatically. So I don't know if or how I can re-add it to this menu.
