Move/create copy of hackintosh from one ssd to another

I got a new NVME 1tb ssd to replace my current SATA 500gb ssd, but I want to move my whole hackintosh Catalina OS and files from the old to new one and make the new one bootable, what's the best way to do it? Time Machine backup? or something else?
Please help!
