MacOS on my PC?

Hi, forgive me for my ignorance,

I'd like to know, if in my PC is possible to install MacOS, because i study music programmation and a lot of programs don't work.

My PC is an "Acer Aspire E 15" (E5-553G-T5PB)

Here are the components:

CPU: AMD A10-9600-P, with Turbo core technology up to 3.30 GHz

GPU: AMD RADEON R8 M445DX, with 2 GB dedicated VRAM

RAM: 8GB DDR4

NETWORK CARD: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377.
