Is there a list of SMBIOS and the CPUs that are beat supported

So I have along outstanding niggling issue with 5 or 6 screen flashes/flickers after Big Sur login and nothing I've tried has resolved the issue.

I've tried multiple SMBIOS but issue persists

I've currently settled on iMac18,1

As I'm running a nuc7i7bnh I'm wondering how to tackle this
