Hey guys,
My hackintosh was running smoothly for weeks — and I mean as smooth as my MBP. No issues at all — coding, video editing, etc.
I decided to install Windows on another SSD, but it installed it's EFI on the main drive. i'm not sure if this is a problem per se, but I started having issues on both OSes: random BSODs on Windows and OSX had some issues — huge slowness once, and just now it got in a state where I could move the cursor freely, but nothing happened once I clicked stuff, and then everything happened in a single shot after 5-10s frozen. I restarted, went back to what I was doing and got a green screen of death. First time it happened.
I'm not sure if this could be even related, but that only started happening after adding Windows. Before that everything ran just fine, including CPU and GPU-intensive tasks. If so, what can I do? Can I move Windows' EFI to another drive? I don't mind removing it from the NVME and then unplugging it and reinstalling Windows from scratch, but I'd rather not since I have some heavy games there already.
