Cheapest GPU for 1440p 144Hz

Hi all,

I got a simple question: what is the cheapest GPU you can get that will run Catalina at 1440p 144Hz? I currently have GT 710 which worked at 1080p 144Hz but not 1440p 144Hz. I don't do any graphically intensive tasks so literally the cheapest GPU that I can get will do.
