[Catalina] LG Gram won't boot using OpenCore

Hardware: LG Gram 17Z90N Laptop
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-1065G7
GPU: Intel® Iris® Plus Graphics
RAM: 16GB DDR4 SODIMM
Motherboard/Laptop model: LG Gram 17Z90N
Audio Codec: ???
Ethernet Card: Realtek USB FE Family Controller (Can't find exact ethernet card anywhere)
Wifi/BT Card: Intel® AX201D2W
What guide/tool followed: OpenCore IceLake Laptop Setup, version 0.6.4 (https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/)

What part I got an issue with:

When I boot off the USB after setting up the USB installer, I select the EFI (external) option in the Boot Menu photo attached. I see the boot fails at a part with H:CHK (Boot Output photo attached), which I assume is some sort of hardware check before boot. I've tried to go through and check the EFI and make sure I have the proper Kext files and driver files, but I'm not sure if they are totally correct and would cause the boot to fail.

I have already tried to switch the RebuildAppleMemoryMap to False and the SetupVirtualMap to True, but that did not cause any noticeable change in the boot process. I am also booting this off of a removable USB SSD, which I don't think would impact anything but it may be useful info. Any help would be appreciated as I'm stumped at this point, this is my first time attempting a Hackintosh.
