Update error "Update not found"

Hi all :) I've just installed 10.15.7, and when I try to downliad Big Sur from app store, it gives me this error:

Update not found The required version of macOS is not available.

How can I fix this or make a walkaround? My taraget ia to make a bootable USB, and make a clean installation.
