Unable to Boot off SSD

I'm running Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina 10.15.1 on an ASRock B85M ITX motherboard with Intel Core i5-4570. Using onboard GPU from the i5. I can boot off the USB, but not from the SSD.

Using diskutil list, it seems I have the EFI on disk0s1.

On the SSD, I have /Volumes/EFI/EFI. (Is there only supposed to be one EFI?

When I try to boot off the SSD, I get a "No bootable devices" error.

I am also unable to update MacOS.
