Processor is CoffeLake, but setup only works if I use SkyLake SSDTs

My processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz, and is supposed to be CoffeeLake. I've tried setting up my Hackintosh using SSDTs for CoffeeLake but the installer hangs. After some experimenting, I found that the installer works fine if I used SSDTs for a SkyLake instead. Any idea why this is happening? So far my BigSur Hackintosh works fine. But just wondering if I'm losing out on anything by using SkyLake SSDTs. TIA!
