Hackintosh on a old pc. Help.

Hello,

I want to try to install Hackintosh on my old pc. The machine it is composend by this parts:

Motherboard: Asus P5Q

Cpu: Intel core pentium dual core e5400

Ram: 8gb DDR2 800 Mhz

Is it possible? There are particular things to do? I've never tried to install Hackintosh on a PC.
