Final Pre-Build Gut Check

Hey all! I've been lurking for a good while, but the stars finally aligned for me to start picking up parts for a build I've been planning and iterating for the better part of five months. Before I start buying, though, I wanted the knowledgeable folks here to take a look at my parts list and catch any egregious errors I might have overlooked.

I'm shooting for a high-tier all around build that can do a little bit of everything; some gaming & emulation, photo & video editing, and hopefully (someday) programming. The two SSDs are so that I can dual-boot; originally I was planning on partitioning one M.2, but after reading up on it, it seemed like two drives was a better solution. Thanks in advance for any feedback, and I hope I'm up and running soon!
