Disabling the dGPU completely (no fans)

Motherboard: Dell E93839 PCI-Express CPU: i5-4590 GPU: Intel HD 4600 RAM: 8GB DDR3 Install method: OpenCore 0.6.2

Hi,

I have just a quick question and I am sorry in advanced if it was already asked on this subreddit but I have not found an answer yet. Is there a way to disable dGPU in a way that it won't start the fans? I have a GT1030 and Catalina installed - so I am using the iGPU but the Nvidia card keeps making weird noises under hackintosh so I would like to turn it off completely.
