I finally got it to boot with macOS Big Sur Beta 11.0.1, after frustrating hours with the old Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina install. The only things that don't work are HDMI, the brightness keys, multi-touch for the touchscreen, the fingerprint sensor, and the microphone. WiFi works perfectly with Airportitlwm, and I can use the touchscreen with one finger atm.

Model - Dell Inspiron 5570CPU - Core i7-8550UGPU - UHD Graphics 620 (struggled for hours with this card because I forgot that the CPU was a Kaby Lake Refresh and not Coffee Lake.)Storage - 128gb solid state (currently my Windows drive, will move Big Sur to this one.)- 1tb hdd (currently houses my data, 10.15.7, and 11.0.1)
RAM - 12gb SODIMM DDR3
WiFi - Intel Wireless AC-3125
