I finally got it to boot with macOS Big Sur Beta 11.0.1, after frustrating hours with the old Catalina install. The only things that don't work are HDMI, the brightness keys, multi-touch for the touchscreen, the fingerprint sensor, and the microphone. WiFi works perfectly with Airportitlwm, and I can use the touchscreen with one finger atm.
Here are my specs.
Model - Dell Inspiron 5570CPU - Core i7-8550UGPU - UHD Graphics 620 (struggled for hours with this card because I forgot that the CPU was a Kaby Lake Refresh and not Coffee Lake.)Storage - 128gb solid state (currently my Windows drive, will move Big Sur to this one.)- 1tb hdd (currently houses my data, 10.15.7, and 11.0.1)
RAM - 12gb SODIMM DDR3
WiFi - Intel Wireless AC-3125
I'll update once I find my other specs in the morning.
