Cheap WiFi card. Is it compatible with continuity features (Sidecar)?

I am quite new to this, but got my Thinkpad T470 working almost perfectly with Big Sur yesterday.
WiFi works (with itlwm), but is slow and lack some features.

Does this work as a perfect replacement for the MacBook WiFi/Bluetooth card? I.E. Has a normal speed and I can sue the continuity features like Sidecar?
