Cheap $200 Skylake hack running Big Sur - Dell Optiplex 3040/7040

There are a bunch of Dell Optiplex systems available on ebay. You should be able to get a 3040 or 7040 with a Skylake i5-6500 for under $200. These systems are very easy to hack. You can get up and running with OC 0.6.3 and Big Sure in no time. If you can also snag an AMD RX 460 or RX 560, you'll be in very good shape with sleep, 4K, etc. I don't think the power supply can handle a more powerful GPU.

Some tips:

- Try to find a mini-tower, rather than a SFF, so you can fit the RX 560- The 7040 uses DDR4, the 3040 uses DDR3- With an RX 560, sleep works fine. I could not get sleep working with the iGPU.- If you don't care about sleep, you can definitely get your hack running for under $200
