Welcome to my post! This Hackintosh was a little bit of a task to get working. It's been up and running now for 2 months and I have had no problems so far. I just updated to Big Sir 11.0.1 Hopefully this post can get your similar build up and running.

SafeBoot Error Fix:

Kernel --> Quirks --> DisableRtcChecksum = True [This fixes safe mode error on restart]

Install:

For the install process, I followed this guide: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

Audio:

So I learned that even though different manufacturers make the same board, they don't share the same audio codec number. This took me 3 hours to figure out. I will save you the time and the audio codec is "2" for the Asus Gaming Z490-Plus.

Kexts:

AppleALC.kext

FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext

FakePCIID.kext

IntelMausiEthernet.kext

SMCProcessor.kext

SMCSuperIO.kext

WhateverGreen.kext

Fixing Sleep/Wake (Credit goes to SchmockLord, thank you for your GitHub):

In conclusion, thank you for everyone on this subreddit! Without you, I would be very lost. If you have any question please feel free to comment :)
