Artifact on Intel HD3000

Intalling mojave 10.14.3 at toshiba L745 (i3 2310M/IH300/4gb ram/120gb Ssd sata/14inch display HD resolution). Susccesfully intaling and active graphics IHD3000 (348mb) with method https://github.com/chris1111/Fix-Graphics-HD-3000-Mojave-10.14

But, some artifact on graphics and ssd slowly speed perform. Can any solution ?
