SPECS:
- Dev Build Open Core 0.6.4
- Ryzen 5600x
- Asus TUF x570 BR
- RX 560 4gb Biostar (The PC also has a 1080 TI disabled using SSDT)
This onboard audio is compatible with AppleALC alcid=1
as attested by myself and others.
Apple ALC worked sometime in the past in my system. Recently it stopped working. I can only get audio output from my RX 560 now.
If I run kextstat | grep -E "AppleHDA|AppleALC|Lilu"
after the system boots, I can see that the 3 kexts are loaded. If I wait for like, 10min after boot, eventually AppleHDA disappear.
Tried to include delay to AppleALC but nothing changed.
Followed this guide but was not helpful:https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/audio.html#miscellaneous-issues
Tried to set layout ID using both boot-arg and DeviceProperties ( https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/audio.html#making-layout-id-more-permanent )
Hope someone can help me! This is the last part to get a 100% working and stable Ryzentosh!
OBS: Voodoo HDA works with MIC and Headphone jack, but kills my HDMI Audio. I would use Voodoo HDA without problems if it supported my HDMI Audio.
