Can't boot. The only way is through recovery mode to rewrite the whole disk but after reboot or shut down cannot boot again

Tried 1. different EFI even with basic EFI 2. different date from time machine

Thought maybe from 970 EVO plus. I didn't check firmware version before I used it to install but after the problem I used recovery mode to get back in and it shows 2B2QEXM7
