Pro Display XDR on a Hackintosh?

I purchased this 6k thing but there hasn't been much information about how to get it going on a hackintosh. This thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/ecxle6/pro_display_xdr_hackintosh/

talks about it but there hasn't been any updates. Anyone here successfully (perhaps using some TB3 hack or Titan Ridge Card or the TB3 support on the latest Z490 motherboards) hooked up Apple's PDXDR with 6k 60fps?

I also spent some time googling around how you can use Windows + BootCamp drivers to get it working with full 6K using a Titan Ridge TB3 card on Windows 10.
