Need help moving windows bootloader

So I have an HDD and an SSD

I have macOS installed on the HDD and when I reinstalled Windows on the SSD, it installed the Windows bootloader on the HDD. I dont really know why. Can someone guide me on how to install the Windows Bootloader on my SSD?
