HEVC transcoding app

Hi,

I've been using Handbrake so far and it works relatively well. However, when transcoding, it only uses the GPU (RX580 in this case) for the encoding portion only but the decoding, filtering and all the workflow before encoding is done by CPU.

Anyone knows of a transcoding app that does use GPU to decode and encode? For example, converting h264 to h265 videos. I do have support for videotoolbox and I have set my IGPU to headless. I did need to use iMacPro1,1 SMBios to get thing properly working though.
