Built a home computer for the first time after having Macs all my life. It's all up and running pretty well! CPU: i5 10400 Comet Lake GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX580 8GB RAM: 2x8GB G. Skill Ripjaw V Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Gigabyte H470 Aorus Pro AX Audio Codec: Realtek ALC1220-VB Ethernet Card: Intel 2.5GbE LAN built-in Wifi/BT Card: Intel I225-V built-in Storage: WD Black 500GB M.2 (macOS drive) + Inland Premium 512GB M.2 (Windows drive) PSU: Corsair TX550M Fans: Arctic P12 120mm (they're super quiet) Heatsink: Cryorig H7 Case: Cooler Master NR600 mid-tower OS: 10.15.6 Catalina + Windows 10 Dual Boot OC Version: 0.6.1- followed Dortania guide and Technolli YouTube OC 0.6.1 and Comet Lake walk throughs What's working:I'll just list what took fixes/a few tries to get working. Otherwise so far everything else seems to be running fine. Audio via AppleALC.kext Bluetooth via IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and IntelBluetoothInjector.kext Wifi via Airportitlwm.kext- itlwm.kext + Heliport also worked but the Airport version acts just like native airport. Ethernet via FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext Sleep: works fine unless my BT keyboard is attached. The system will "dark" wake and go back to sleep several times otherwise. I had to turn off BT device waking in System Preferences. What isn't working: Mobo RGB lighting control (resets to white on reboot). I wasn't expecting it to work so no big loss. Other Notes: - Windows drive has BootCamp utilities installed so OS selection can be done via that to automatically choose to boot to macOS in OC at restart. - I did not attempt to get the iGPU working since I have a discreet graphics card - I could not get my NIC to show up using the method in the Dortania guide > Comet Lake > DeviceProperties section so had to use the FakePCIID method.
