Can you change the startup disk from Windows 10?

Is it possible to change the startup disk from within Windows 10? I know I can do it in mac OS, but I would like a batch file to run on Windows 10 startup to automatically change the startup disk to mac OS every time Windows starts up. This is so I can have a script under mac OS to reboot the system directly to Windows while still having mac OS as the default option
