Absolutely struggling to get my iGPU/accelerated graphics going. INTEL 630 UHD - PLEASE HELP!

i7-8700, ASUS B360-PRO TUF GAMING Motherboard, NVIDIA GTX 1080

Catalina 10.15.7, OpenCore 0.6.1

I currently have my Hackintosh running, however I have little glitches when I move the monitor around, as well as a black border behind the docking tray:

My monitor is currently plugged in via DP ( DP-DP no converters )

How the hell do I do this? I am SUPER struggling here... I really don't understand the ports etc...

Also it says "Plug in to HDMI" so which HDMI?... my GTX1080 or my motherboard?

This whole thing is SUPER confusing... I've spent days and days to try get this to work...

Any suggestions?
