OC6.0 Toshiba Radius 12 p20w-c Catalina 15.6 in stalltion

Have you guys fell into this situation?

sometimes core panic;

sometimes stuck in logo with 10% of progress bar;

sometimes went to attached situation and ,when clicked "installtion" , popped up an alert window showing "corrupted installtion image".
