I've got myself an NEC Lavie LS350/F which I bought ages ago when I was in Japan. Clearly, it's already showing its age and I have built myself a PC to work on heavier tasks. I do still use the laptop mainly for home-based tasks that don't involve video creation.
I'm thinking of making a hackintosh out of this laptop and while searching for any info if this will work I wasn't able to find any supporting data. There are some entries about laptops with similar specs as this but I don't know if the same rules apply. Given that this is a relatively old machine, I doubt that this has EFI. I saw somewhere that the network might work, but idk if the installation can even boot with my specs. Here are the specs if you want to know more.
CPU: Intel Core i3-2330M @ 2.2GHz
RAM: 2x4GB DDR3-1600 SODIMM
GPU: Intel HD 3000 Graphics
HDD: WD Green 120GB SSD
ODD: Matshita BD-RE Drive
Network: Atheros AR5B225
Touch: Synaptics
Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
