USB Mapping in clean install

I just finished my USB Mapping, and I'm using OpenCore 0.5.9.

I know it may be a stupid question, but there we go.

If someday I need to do a clean install of macOS, will I need to re-map my USB again, or all I need is to keep this USBmap.kext?
