Installation problem - drop back to main screen after select partition to install

Hello!

Please help me!

I'm trying to install macOS Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina but when I select the partition(which I created via Disk Utility) the InstallAssistant crashes itself and drop me back to the main installer screen.

I made the installer with gibMacOS/OpenCore. I tried multiple pen-drives tho.

My hardware:

Asus prime x370-pro(with latest bios set up like Dortania)
Ryzen 3600x running on 4.20ghz
32Gb corsair vengeance 3000mhz(running on 3200mhz)
Sapphire nitro+ 5700 XT
