I have 2 Windows boot partititons and I don't know how to remove the useless one

Basically that. I have 2 boot partitions. One is my custom one, and the other just says "Boot Windows from EFI" and I don't know how to hide it. I reinstalled my windows just for this, but yet it remains.

Can someone please, please point me in the right direction?
