Built a MicroATX Hackintosh a month ago or so for audio work and general day to day use. In hindsight, I should have gone ATX. My GPU is in the way of all the remaining PCIE slots for a WiFi card.
There is barely barely room to fit my WiFi card into the bottom X4 slot, but this interferes with the GPU fan. I bought WiFi and Bluetooth USB adapters, but apparently there is no way for me to get them working with AirDrop and Handoff. I use both of these features constantly on my normal Macs so I really want them on the Hackintosh too.
Specs:
i5-9400f
16GB
MSI RX 5700 MECH OpenCore (wish it were 2mm shorter)
Gigabyte B365M DS3H
Just wondering if there are any other solutions people have figured out.
Thanks!
