So I wanted to upgrade today from Mojave to Catalina, and because it had been so long since the last time I upgraded, I completely forgot to press the “Customize” button in the Clover installer package application to update my Clover. By doing this I installed the default options, and the result is that it broke my installation and upgrade entirely.
Before I work on doing an entirely new Hackintosh installation for Catalina and transfer my files from my cloned backup, if I were to run the Clover installer package again on a MacBook with my Hackintosh SSD connected to it and selected that SSD as the destination with the CORRECT settings this time, would that fix it? Or would I have already lost my previous config.plist or progress in general and just need to start over?
My installation was working just fine prior to attempting the upgrade if that’s relevant.
