Want to get into owning a hackintosh and this seems like a good deal..

I’m just quite curious as it seems like a good deal however it hasn’t sold for weeks, I assume its not a multiple item listing just from the photos and description. I’m new to the idea of hackintosh but have prior experience in building pcs I just don’t see why this hasn’t been bought yet ? is it the older version of macos or some of the components and their compatibility with newer versions ?
