Vanilla OpenCore "An Internet Connection is Required to Install macOS" issue

Hardware:

AMD Ryzen 2600x

Gigabyte RX 5500 XT GAMING OC 8G

Ripjaws V DDR4-2800MHz 32GB

MSI B450 Gaming PRO Carbon AC

Followed OpenCore Vanilla guide (did this a couple months ago and finally just got back to it) and Snazzy Labs video

This is my first hackintosh and I was able to get to the installation of catalina and when I go to install it, it pops up with a notice saying "An Internet Connection is Required to Install macOS". I have an ethernet chord plugged directly in and it works in windows. I'm pretty sure some people found a way to fix it for Intel chips, but I am new to all of this stuff and have no idea what translates to what for AMD. Here is the link to that and it seems like a matter of changing some kexts around. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
