Opencore boots into black screen

My build is:
Macos Catalina

CPU: i5-8600k

Motherboard: Z370 Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Gaming Rev 1.0

RAM: 16GB 2666mhz

Graphics: Intel UHD 630

I've tried the https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/config.plist/coffee-lake.html guide but I haven't had any luck.

Any help would be wonderful
