I installed Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina on a thinkpad T510 and used dosdude1's patcher for graphics. When i use the laptop's trackpad or external mouse, the mouse freezes for a spit second when the cursor icon changes. This has been driving me crazy and and the varying speeds of the mouse has made macOS unpleasent to use
